Achilles Tendonopathy
Achilles tendonopathy pain often comes on gradually without incident. You may begin to notice the pain first thing in the morning or when you are warming up in sport. Initially, the pain usually goes away once you are warmed up however if you continue to play and stress the Achilles the pain becomes worse.
